Christ central group of schools was founded 30 years ago by late Pastor Aanuoluwapo Alfred Akerele and his wife Victoria Ebun Akerele. Established on 12^th of September, 1994 with a clear vision to provide a nurturing environment where academic excellence and character development go hand in hand. From its humble beginning of six classrooms with twenty-seven pupils and six teachers has grown into a thriving educational institution today serving over five hundred students and pupils across grades levels. Over the years, Christ Central has remained committed to adapting to the needs of time, integrating innovative teaching methods while honouring traditional values of hard-work, respect and community spirit. Our history is rich milestones, beginning on temporary site of a small bungalow to permanent site with six school vehicles, wining various awards both at local and state level; forming a notable alumni with dignitaries who had made their marks in various fields to training and retraining of teachers and students coming out with excellence performance both in internal and external exams. As we look to the future, we will continue to uphold the values and traditions that have made Christ Central schools a cornerstone of education in our community. We are proud of our past, excited for the present, and eager for the future of every pupil and student who walk through this door.
